These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our virtual card service (“Service”) provided by 4 RA ( For Rapid Advertising ). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Creating an Account
   To use the Service, you must create an account on the 4 RA online platform. By starting to create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information that will be requested by the Service during the account creation process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. If operations are performed on your account by a user who has logged in using your username and password, such operations are considered to have been performed by you and are not subject to dispute.
2. Use of the Service
   You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You confirm that you are aware of the operations that are prohibited from using the Service and cards issued for you by the Service, and also agree not to use the Service:
   • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
   • For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personal information or otherwise.
   • Transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or marketing materials , including any “junk mail,” “chain letters,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
   • Impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user or any other person or entity.
   • Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use and enjoyment of the Service, or that, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
     
   
   Cards issued through the Service are prohibited from being used for the following operations:
   – Activities of collection and debt agencies;
   – Financial pyramids, network marketing;
   – Materials and products that encourage illegal activities or incite others to engage in illegal activities;
   – Pornography, sexually oriented content, “adult products”;
   – Photographs, videos, computer-generated images, cartoons, simulations or any other media or activities that contain, including but not limited to, any of the following:
   Child pornography;
   Bestiality;
   Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior);
   Non-consensual mutilation of the face or part of the body;
   – Sale of poisons, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;
   – Sale of human organs and remains.
3. Fees
   The Service may charge fees for its services depending on the services provided. By creating an account on the 4 RA online platform, you agree to the right of the Service to charge fees unconditionally without additional consent from you. If you do not agree with the Service fees, you may close your account in accordance with these terms and conditions.
4. Intellectual Property
   All content included in the Service, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of the Service or the property of our licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials or products included on the Service. By creating an account on the 4 RA online platform, you agree to use the Service at your own risk , understand the possible risks and agree to accept them without making any claims to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
7. Termination
   We may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the Service at any time, without notice and for any reason.
8. Applicable law
   These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state/country, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Account closure
   You may close your account at any time if you wish. To do this, you must cancel all cards issued in your account.
   The remaining funds can be transferred to other cards/accounts 15 days after card cancellation.
